Designed for students, families, and the wider community at Jean Nuzzi Intermediate School 109, “Middle School Milestones” helps learners build confidence, organization, and resilience during a pivotal year. In two focused learning units, participants will learn practical strategies for goal-setting, study routines, communication, social-emotional growth, and productive problem-solving. By the end of the course, learners can create an achievable monthly plan, strengthen time management and learning habits, navigate peer and classroom challenges with positive skills, and apply a toolkit for academic success and well-being—turning everyday moments into meaningful milestones.
